Ms. Whitmarsh received a Juris Doctor degree, cum laude, from Case Western
Reserve University School of Law in 2007. In addition, she received a Masters
of Business Administration, with distinction, from the State University of New
York at Buffalo in 2002 and Bachelor Degree, with distinction, from Clarkson
University in 2000. While attending Case Western Reserve School of Law, Ms.
Whitmarsh was an editor of the Case Western Reserve Law Review. Ms.
Whitmarsh is a member of the Case Western Reserve University School of Law
Order of the Coif.
Ms. Whitmarsh served as a judicial clerk for the Honorable Glenn Berman,
Presiding Judge Family Part, Middlesex County, Superior Court of New Jersey
from 2007-2008. She has devoted her practice primarily to Family Law. Ms.
Whitmarsh is an active member of the New Jersey State Bar Association Family
Law Section, a member of the Family Law Section Young Lawyers
Subcommittee, and has served as a member of the Family Law Executive
Committee Email Subcommittee and Palimony Statute Subcommittee. She is also
a member of the Middlesex County Bar Association and the New York State Bar
Association, .
